Herb & Produce Garden
We grow our own lemons, limes, strawberries, oranges, basil cilantro, miracle fruit and a variety of mints. Whenever possible we us our own 'Blackbird' homegrown produce, locally sourced fresh ingredients, daily squeezed juices, properly paired ice, and the finest spirits.

Seagram's Sweet Tea Vodka, fresh blackberries and lemonade, served over crushed ice.
London Sparrow$11
Spring44 Gin, fresh lemon juice, passion fruit and a pinch of cayenne pepper stirred through crushed ice.
Red-Footed Booby$12
Don Julio Tequila Reposasdo, Cocchi Americano, fresh strawberries, lime juice and egg white sweetened with agave nectar.
Yellowthroat $14
Bulleit Rye Whiskey, agave nectar, Bitter Truth Lemon Bitters, stirred and served over a Vita Coco ice cube.
Woodpecker $12
Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 'Blackbird' ginger syrup, Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters, a splash of lime juice and soda. Served in a mason jar with candied ginger.
Royal Swan $12
Plymouth Gin with grapefruit and lemon juices, 'Blackbird' basil-honey syrup and a splash of crème de violette.
Flipping the Bird $12
Appleton Reserve Rum, 'Blackbird' rum raisin liqueur and P.X. Sherry with a whole egg.
